What happens to business information when you start using TradesBud.
Your plan
30-day Solo experience, then Solo Free
No card is required. Your 30-day Solo experience starts when you create or confirm your first current Work. Importing only past records or receiving an unattended enquiry does not start it. It then continues as permanent Solo Free unless the owner chooses NZ$19/month plus GST Solo. AI top-ups and Phone remain separate choices.
Use it for ordinary owner-operated field-service work within the allowances shown for your edition. Bulk automated account creation, unsolicited messaging, security testing and unlawful use are not part of this offer.
You can stop at any time. Export your Workspace first if you want a copy, then request deletion. TradesBud does not require you to replace email, calendar, accounting or banking tools to evaluate the product.
Your business data
TradesBud stores the business, Customer, Site, Job, Quote, schedule, work, Invoice, payment, communication and evidence records you enter or approve. It does not sell business or customer data.
External AI runs when you request it, or under an enabled Solo delegation policy within your allowances. Customer messages, commercial decisions, configuration changes and deletion remain owner controlled.
Export and deletion
The Workspace owner can download a business-data export from Settings. A deletion request includes a preview and export opportunity before explicit confirmation. Deleted live data becomes unavailable immediately; recovery copies expire within 30 days under backup rotation.
Devices and browsers
Use TradesBud in your browser with an internet connection. Recent targeted checks cover Android phones and tablets in Chrome. Current-release real-device verification for iPhone and iPad Safari is incomplete; full compatibility is not yet confirmed.
Contact
Support covers access, data recovery and product faults while you use TradesBud. It is not emergency trade, accounting or legal support.
